Returns and modifications
The Buyer can return the articles as long as they are perfectlyintact and unused / worn within 7 (seven) working days from the day of receipt of the goods to obtain:
a) a change in size b) refund of the price paid.
These options are in any case subordinate to the check of the integrity of the returned goods.
To this end, the items must be returned as they were received with the original packaging, which must not be damaged, with the original labels and packaging and other original
accessories. M-1978 reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns.
a) Change of size
Size changes are possible only when the requested products are available and must be authorized in writing, in the absence of size, we will communicate how your order proceeds.
b) refund;
The refund will be made after verification of the integrity of the returned goods. The refunded amount will be in the same currency as the purchase and any differences due to the
exchange fluctuation will not be refunded and therefore will not be charged by M-1978
c) exchange
Delivery of equivalent goods in quality and price according to warehouse availability.
